hi guys, fished cogdon last nite, bloody cold,

, we had plenty of whiting, sum a good size, plenty of pouting, doggs, and a few poor cod. most fish caught on squid and razor, didnt have anyfin on rag, lug, peeler, all in all a good nite.

cogden is a couple of miles before you get to west bexington,coming from the west bay end of beach.

You used to be able to drive right down on to the beach until bloody so called travelers(hedge monkeys) started parking there.
You now have to park at top and walk down.
Not wishing to put anyone off , but I had a couple mates who had there cars vandalized at night. They were not the only ones that night. Believe it was anti blood sports toss pots.

It's a good place for Plaice in spring too.

it was the friggin national trust wot bought it and stopped folk driving down to the beach - just like they bought the stretch between abbotsbury and west bex, put boulders all along the track and stopped folk parking up along there too!

Because i can walk from Burton to Wex Bex so if Cogden is between the two then i walk through it! Or there is a second sea that is hidden >:)
Only reason i asked is i don't fancy getting my car trashed but don't mind a bit of a walk.
