I really cant say anything, i can also remember when pumps were attended, and they put oil in the tank with an oil can, also i can remember pushbikes with a little engine on them. (like a moped,) in fact theres been an ad on TV recently showing one of them. When you look back its amazing how much has changed, and not always for the better. ;)

The sign of old age is, when you can't do things today that you did yesterday.

theres still a 'JET' garage in south shields that fills your car with fuel for you.....

and i'm not that old, but i still remember 2 and 4 star fuel pumps, i'm sure you can still get 4 star in the occasional station, i suppose some of the older and classic cars dont run on unleaded so it must be available.

Anyway, whats so special about 2stroke fuel fot a boat? theres plenty 2stroke mopeds knocking about so they must get there juice from somewhere...

Hi Graham, Most boat and 2 stroke owners mix the fuel themselves and buy the petrol and oil seperate. There is no 2 stoke fuel pumps in existance now that I know of.

A grand invention until the oil pump packs up and the engine blows up when your at full chat, hence the reason I did away with it and now pre-mix my fuel myself with proper marine oil that I purchase 25gall at a time.
