A few matters spring to mind.
I hope you are not considering using that trailer as a regular launching trailer. The wooden chocking at the stern of the boat suggests that it wouldn't be of much use other than a yard trailer.
Those engines are pretty old models. I'm not saying they must be knackered, but I'd need persuading to the contrary.
Clearly the boat has had a refurb' and a good coat of paint. I would like to see pictorial history of the renovation to show how good the hull was prior to the application of all that paint. It's frequently used to disguise a poorly maintained vessel.
All that said, without viewing the boat I, nor anyone else, can give an exact valuation.

personally if i was going to buy that boat i would do away with the old mercuary blue band engines and invest in a 80hp fourstroke engine, and dump the cavalier seat and fit a water proof boat seat that all said i would also have to view it to check for hull damage thats been repaired but otherwise it looks a nice boat

plus theres no need for a twin engine on that boat, as said if you do buy it do away with the two engiones and get just the one 80 - 100 hp 4stroke

i like the comes with twin fuel tanks !!! youd need more than twin tanks on that thing lol
