try

http://www.boatlaunch.co.uk/

for some free places near.

Wouldn't think that there would be to much parking in walton or frinton

Hi there. Hmmm. Boatlaunch. I bought the book. It's in the bin now.

It, Boatlaunch and 'a good launch' , Were writen by jetski users.

To them a slipway is a gap in the sea wall. Most of the stuff in the book and on the website is unuseable if you have anything over 6 feet long.
