Hello,
it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I used to fish on Southend Pier at night years ago. Obtaining a night pass was a matter of simply applying at the council and paying them. Now it seems I need to be a member of a fishing club for at least 6 months. Has anyone had this issue and could you offer any advice please.
Tight lines
