S Fambridge - help please

Post by stillsy » Wed Apr 11, 2012 3:48 pm

Having seen a number of reports on here about South Fambridge & seen the great pictures on a separate trhread I'd like to give it a go.

Can anyine pass on infirmation about where to park? The thread about marks/venues refers to a path from the car park but not to where the car park is.

Also - once you reach the water any advice on where to go would also be useful, as would advice on how clean a venue it is

cheers in advance :D

From what i have searched out you can Park at Wallasea Marina and walk left as its a shorter distance to your fishing area. ;)

park in south fambridge at the bottom of the road near the gate on the left. Here is safe and avoids driving to wallasea. Go through the gate then folow it round to the left and up to the sea wall. Then walk to the right and anywhere after the boats is ok to fish. Beware of more boat traffic in the daytime and also when its hot watch out for adders!!! :-O
