i am off out on the brighton diver this morning. so hopefully late there will be some pics of big cod, bass and a conger!!!

hi westy i thought the skipper of the brighton diver was paul dyer or it was when i went on it ,has he sold it

slow day...........i only managed a 3lb bass, niglet blanked completely (apart from mackeral)

in total on the boat about 6 cod to 15lb and 8 bass to 10.5lb.


fantastic weather, brilliant skipper so will def be going back.

that not bad mate lease the fish were of decent size. were you drifting or at anchor

anchored for three hours ish for the cod but it was a 6.1m tide so we couldn't hold bottom very well.
then we drifted for bass..........nice to try something very very different from our normal uptiding!

glad that the weather held out for ya fella just a shame about the fish not makin much of a show. still the 1's that did were of nice size, shame nigel didnt get among the action..

shame cos it can move when i was on it the wash from the props came up higher than the back of the boat :D wicked :D
