Yes this is the man who arranges us to board a boat at 10am only to find the Skipper of the boat had arranged 11am with him ???
Yes I did blank but as i always I blanked in style ha ha ha
Yes my casting was picturesque as i slipped and did a full 180 degree turn while launching my squid into the calm Thames.
The day was as always entertaining and the banter generally aimed in my direction.(Broad Northen shoulders and water off a ducks back spring to mind)
The point system was the fact that I put everyone in fourth in the charity league and not joint first. It seemed to amuse the motley crew for most of the day as fish were caught they even wanted to give me a point for my castng style, Yes having your jacket wrenched up as the guy next to casts is a bit of a shock and yes punching Col's lights out at the time did cross my mind. But hey if they not using me as the butt of their jokes they would only be taking the micky out of someone else.
