just been fishing , one blody eel...........any got loads of rag left....i heard that there was some good ways of keeping them alive.........suggestions please gentlemen............
To be honest either use them quick or put them back over drink, they don't keep just die, tried "tanking" them and even with an air brick not successful
Just stick them in some Newspaper and pop then in the fridge
Can last for a fair few days, just make sure you remove any dead worm and keep an eye on the paper so that it doesnt get too damp.
Cheers

cheers mrix..tried keeping them in soft damp peat , got five days out of them..........will try news paper next time..........problem is i have to travel miles to get bait whilst i only fish fairly localy..........so im allways looking for ways to keep bait alive.........seems cold fridge and frequent news paper changes is the way to go............
rag keep pretty well in a cat litter try covered in damp not wet seaweed or cat litter in a cold shed or fridge but remember to change this daly and remove any dead ones
