Iv'e never had a problem at Rossal. I normally fish just behind the Hospital. Some good fish have been caught there last year. Never fished low water though.

Ive never fished low tide there but the tide runs in fast and the gullys fill up behind you. i would only fish it at low if i was with someone who fished there regular.
