Last night - Sheppey

Post by nicoinsheppey »

Fished the evening tide 1 hour up and 2 hours down last night and had a cracking night with 20+ whiting and a small bass. Missed a bunch of bites too.

Not bad for only my 4th time out sea fishing! :)

Begginners luck I reckon! Had a dozen little schoolie bass on my first trip, blanked next time out, 5 or 6 eels and a couple more schoolies next trip then last night.

I'm a convert from fly fishing, the beach is just at the end of my road so I have far more time to just wander down there rather than having to travel over to Bewl etc to wet a line.

Well done nicoinsheppy don't you listen to them about beginners luck, just put it down to skill ;) ;) ;) , luck only come into it when you blank and then its all the fault of bad luck B-) :D B-)

Peter

PS But you will blank sooner or latter :(( :(( :((
