Yes, good to see a few fish on fly. Only went once this year, and discovered my waders hanging on the wall had spontaneously sprung a leak. All for one 4 inch bass, which didn't put much of a bend in the rod.

great write up colin as usual mate.very slow year and very hard one too.highlight of my swffing season was my 1st mullet on the fly at 5lb3ozs.Image
