weymouth charter boats

Post by fishingnuts95 » Mon Jan 31, 2011 4:37 pm

hi guys i just wanted to see if any one from here has been out of weymouth within the last year and what skippers would you recommend. me and my dad are thinking about a 2 day fishing trip to weymouth and i am thinking of picking colin penny on what will be flamer 4 and the katie ann, paul davies.
i will be very grateful from any one who can help and give advice on what boat/skipper to pick.
thanks

Depends what you want to do. If you fancy a general trip Dave Pitman (Atlanta) is good, the two you mentioned are also good.

thanks pjs for replying i think the days would be different, one day flattie fishing fro plaice turbot etc and the other either a wrecking or a reef trip for bream. will have to have a think about it.
once again thanks for replying

Don't know who would be best for flattie fishing. Been out a few times with Dave Pitman Breamfishing - haven't failed yet. This year tiny muppets above the hooks seemed to be the buisiness.

Hi Fishingnuts95,

I would recommend Colin Penny been out with him on numerous occasions and always had success,

Check out his website www.deepsea.co.uk/boats/flamer

Andy
