Fishing close to St Austell

Post by fishfinder84 »

Hi all,

A friend and myself are just starting to get ourselves back into fishing after moving here last year from Portsmouth and would like any info on surrounding areas, i.e Mev, Charlestown, Polzeath etc....?

Any info would be appreciated, thx! :)

How's tricks! There are f fewv good places around St Awfull but most of the obvious places arnt as good as they would appear! I Dont no about past Mevva towards Dodmin but i use google earth to zoom in on new marks.... Whitehouse in fowey's not to bad but your not meant to fish there!!! Also it's not to good in rough weather but give it try, start at low tied on rocks then move onto peir.
    Hope this helps!
