hi folks, can anyone suggest where a beginner, to fishing can fish for flounder in mid cornwall?

Hi mate, not sure about mid cornwall but if you can get up as far as Plymouth then the local estuaries are pretty good.

One of the best is the River Plym. Fishing along the Embankment Road area can produce some nice fish.

If you get the chance to get there, make sure your your visit coincides with the tide as it is only really fishable 2 hours before high tide and 2 after.

Someone more local to you may be of help in your area.

hi i been fishing for flounder in looe i have had 5 in the this weekend or the fishwhere about 1lb 10 oz hope this helps
