soooo mad!!! went to a deep water mark last night in Tintagel, had a few mack and pollock. When the sun was setting[beautiful sunset!!] put on flapper and tossed it out 10 feet. 20 mins later we were fighting a monster, 5 mins later the fish won and snapped me off!!! GUTTED!!!!!!!!! put new line on today and will be trying again soon.

Unlucky mate, conger is one fish (one of many! that I havn't got on my caught list)

Where abouts in Tintagel were you? Had my honeymoon there in King Arthurs Hotel on the headland and just thinking I could pop up there with the missus for memories sake.

Of course I could also take the rods to give them an airing lol.
