chesil beech

hi all i'm coming down to weymouth next week & the wife is letting me bring my rods.
i want to fish chesil near portland, can anyone help me with any advice on the area & whats baits are good.

ragworm, lugworm, squid or mackerel should gie you a good chance of a fish

hi. i am also doing chesil on 20th to 22nd march. always fancied it. am going in camper van so i hope its easy to park for the weekend! i will be taking rag,lug,squid and sand eel. oh yes, and my son!! any info or tips would be helpfull.. phil.

Considering the depth of water at close range on Chesil beach, do the tides make a difference to fishing o can you fish there whenever you want???

during winter, ive caught cod all tides, but im not sure for summer speices
