My local Chinese store has loads of large razor fish and I would like to give these ago. Can anyone advise on how to bait up with one or if they make good tipping bait.

Thanks

Richard

These are a great bait, especially after a good storm.
Thread the hook through the lenght and lightly whip with bait elastic.
They are also very good for tipping baits, use the foot as this is tougher.
Good luck, bass love em. :D

razor is my bait of choice for Bass but they wont work on every beach. one beach i fish the odd time they can get fish but not as many as good crab.
the beach i usually fish is razor all the way. in the last few weeks ive had 11 Bass from this beach, 1 took crab, the rest took razor.
the ones i usually try to get are the smaller ones. i usually get 1 bait from each. i just thread it onto the hook(i use 2's) twice and use plenty of elastic.
one other tip, when you buy them fresh, leave them in the shed for a day or 2 then freeze them, the smellier they are, the better they seem to work. they wont stink out the freezer once they freeze.
best of luck.
