Arrived yesterday am (Saturday). Fished the midday high tide. Not a bite. Fished the midnight high tide. Loads of Whiting, I lost count of the number but it was often two at a time. Only five were keepers. Fresh lug with squid sliver or Bluey fillet. The biggest one was on a Bluey head.
Had a nice Plaice too.
Fished the midday high tide today and just got one nice Plaice, again on Bluey fillet.

Had to pack up and head home at 1pm because of the fog, didn't fancy driving across the Fens in the dark when it's foggy, but I loved it.

Starlit sky with shooting stars, light winds and the rod tips rattling like a snakes tail. Grand as owt. :D
