Corton 12/11/2010

Post by Redmike » Sat Nov 13, 2010 9:10 am

Hi All, Took myself and my boy down to Coprton last night. Got started around 7:30, only one other tent on the beach! Thought after the big blow things should be good :) Fished with lug and squid on 0/2 clip down rigs. Finished just after 10:30 (boy has to work on Saturday). All we had was 3 whiting :(( Where have all the cod gone?

Hi Andy,
Heard there was a lot of herring further out which might be keeping the cod busy. Also, was told the sea is a couple of degrees higher than this time last year. Lets hope the north winds start to blow!
Will be at Corton on the 27th for a charity match, only a fiver to enter!
