Red Rocks, Wemyss bay

Thinking about going down to the red rocks at Wemyss bay on saturday.Never been before but heard its decent. Anyone know if they are easy to get to from Wemyss bay train station?

Went down today as high tide at 3.30. Caught 2 medium sized mackerel on a reflector rig with 1.5 ounce bomb weight. Caught a small chubby fish too but no idea what it was. Think it might have been a small Pollack. It was a light brownish colour. Young family next to me caught a few mackies too. We seemed to be the only ones as didnt see anyone else catch anything. Mackerel chunks in a tomato sauce with garlic ,onion and rice for dinner.
