Hayling Island Tuesday 27 July 2010

Fished the tide up from 0900 till 1530, High tide 12.30, between groyne 29 and groyne 30, Eastoke beach, Rigs 2 hook clip down. and a 1 hook up and over, Caught 3 Gurnard and 1 schoolie, bait King rag and squid cocktail, weather overcast with showers, sorry no pictures as it was raining when I caught the fish.

Were the gurnard any size? As Browners says - lovely fish to eat!

No, the Gurnards were only about 3/4 lb and they went straight back.
