hello mate fished the round tower lastnight and caught nothing not even a bit lots of weed and a ridiculous currant made it hard to fish.after a coupple of hours we moved to the hovercraft ,we at least had a couple of bites there but no fish to tell of.my advice would be to fish the blocks good chance of a bass there.i wish we had gone there first.hope this helps let us know how you get on.

As the man said the blocks can be good for bass especially after dark and only 40 yds out. When I lived there, you could often see them close in around dusk shuttling between the blocks and the pier.
