Are you fishing day or night? The fishing in the day is very slow with the odd wrasse and bass or flatty, and night is producing pretty much the same you will get the obvious pout and the odd doggy or pollock, but still a bit slow at the moment.
The tides at the weekend are springs at 4.6 meter high so the currents will be very strong and the weed could be a nightmare.
I personally would go a little further down the coast to maybe southbourne where they are catching some good bass and rays

Cheers,
We'd be going during the night well 5pm onwards to early hours. Would Milford on Sea be the same? Anywhere else you'd advice mate?
