fished saturday morning 5 till 10 high was 9:20 strong off shore westerly making casting difficult strong run of tide making it hard to hold bottom . bait frozen blacks and dirty squid rigs 2 hook 2/0 flapper and 3/0 pennel . anyway not a thing caught there was another guy fishing he had 2 flatties first outting first blank. hopfully will get out later in the week.

unlucky ian but at least you gave it a go mate i fished yesterday
i had 11 flatties the smallest 32cts the biggest 35cts i also
lost a bass it strightend my hook but it did not feel that big
i think the hook was a duff hook

unlucky with losing the bass roy but wel done with the flatties. if the wind changes round i might be able to get out with a chance.
