i went to fish spurn yesterday to fish in to the dark wen i was leaving i was walking over the sand back to the road wen my spine went and i went head first in to the road and i could not move and i was laid on the road head first and i could not move if a car had come i was dead it was frightning and i dont know how i got of the road or home i just feel very lucky the good news is i had 4 nice whitings

You were very lucky indeed Roy, this highlights the dangres of Sea Fishing alone where even seemingly safe and familiar terrain is transformed in the dark to a very dangerous place. I'm glad that you're OK and well done on the fish. My last effort was a very small Rockling at Kilnsea.

im feeling a bit better now ill be fishing this weekend
it could of been worse if one of them pilots had been
driving like a looney up spurn or a looney driving
one of them caravanettes
