where to fish

hi all
im off fishing this thursday (first outing this winter due to work)and just wondering if anyone knows where is fishing well north of the river tyne planning on using frozen crab and squid

any tips would be much appreciated

if these strong winds ease off i would say lynmouth beach behind alcan would be worth a go.

alan is an old power station ,which is now used for the sea bait ragworm farm,thats if it is still there as i havnt been up that way for a long time i hope this helps u m8.

i've been out the past couple of weeks in s/shields off the beach and pier... very little action at all. gonna try the pier or hebburn police jetty on sat

hi all ended up fishing tynemouth pier today with longbenton & seaton burn SAC i took a 4lb 4oz cod which was biggest fish but just missed out on biggest bag. there was quite a few coalie and whiteing around the 1lb mark getting caught
