fishing after a storm
any gale blowing on to the beach as this digs out the worm beds and blows them to the shore then the fish come in to hunt for anything thats dead thats wen you need to know were the holes and gulleys are as the food falls in them and the fish will always hunt round holes or gulleys thats why i dont change my worm if it comes back smashed up a bit as that is more natural to a fish then a big fresh worm

hi sushi i would say after an easterly gale or a southerly one as thats the two that give the pier the most of a bashing any northerly gales and tynemouth pier cops it and gives a bit shelter to the south side and with a westerly that normally stirs the sea up offshore as the winds blowing off the land i hope this info is of use to u
