My personal safety

Hi everyone..

Due to my cancers, I am pretty much unable to swim (my shoulder and arm joints are really sore and stiff). My question is would I be over the top wearing a flotation suit or life jacket or both while fishing from shore and piers.

wear what you feel comfortable with mate. a lot of people wear flotation suits just to keep warm and dry from the shore.

Better be safe than sorry, as Buster said wear what you want for comfort, warmth and safety.

maybe a buoyancy jacket like used by the jet skiers or like the ones used by flyfisher man or flotion suit in winter
