Just a quick thought I have not seen minimum size limits displayed on places like peirs and marina walls. Maybe this would help and deter certain individauls???

If there were signs up nobody could say they were not informed and also it is good to educate the rules of our sport.If we dont what will it become as it is becoming more of a problem,even writtern in different languages we know most of the culprits.?????

This is a problem across the board. A lot of people see Bass for example as a quick way to make money
