i know its very hard stopping smoking even when you are told its for health reasons. i tried patches and the fake fag but i think being in bed resting was the best help i had as i slept through the worst part of wanting a smoke. Wish your dad all the best. it's not nice being unwell and going through what he's trying to do right now. good luck.

Apparently this says get well rabbi in hebrew but if it dosnt then get well rabbi

Thanks for all the good wishes lads. Just got up for an hour or 2 today, still feeling weak and lightheaded, will pop in now and again until Im ok.

Hi Keith glad you are feeling a bit better :D but don't worry Rum always does the same to me ...............i.e. feeling 'Weak & Light-headed', take more water with it !!!!!!!!!!!!!, seriously though take care all the best.

Thanks for all the good wishes and yep Im a lot better, unfortunately poor manic is in the same boat as I was but it is taking him a bit longer to recover.

It will be great to get back to fishing but Im taking it easy no more rushing about.
