Hiya me old mucker, I just took 2 pics of the house from the rear, the front just being the front with a small garden about 20ft by 15ft There is a passageway seperating it from my sisters, making it a 4 bedroom if im not mistaken. It also has an indoor shed as you come in the back door, about 6ft by 10ft. The 1st pic is the parking space i mentioned, note the 6ft fences, The back garden isnt very tidy, but thats not a problem. let me know what you think, i know moving so far is a last option, especially with schools etc.

PS, the cars mine, the cats my sisters, weve both moved since the pic was taken. :D

Good news lads, the landlady has given us till after Xmas to leave. Jan 13th to be exact so I can take my time looking for a property that suits us instead of rushing into the first thing offered.

Thanks to all the lads who contacted me.
Cheers keith :D :D

Hi Keith, I've asked a few people in Burnley, but they only have terraced houses. I'm keeping a lookout for properties on my deliveries. Good to know your tenancy has been extended till after xmas. :D :D Sam
