Lidls fishing tackle - what did you get ?

Post by Doodles »

I got a pair of waders, spinning lures, trolling lures, starlights, rod holder and some line and a reel for a friend.

Should hopefully be testing the waders tonight. No more wet legs yay!

I got the waders and the trolling lures yipee could have done with them yesterday as got cut of by the tide and those with waders had a 5 metre walk to get onto the bridge and over the burn at the beach i and the other waderless numpties had about a 1 to 1.5 mile walk around the burn....waders forever :D

Thats why I bought some. Was on the beach one the tide shot in and soaked me up to my pockets just missing my phone and baccy. Was surprisingly warm though!

Colin it seems pretty stable to me, kinda wished I got a spare one.
I guess that answered your question and I must have thought it was up to the job to consider getting a spare.

Tell you what I did like, I also got the 4mtr telescopic rod/reel combo, the rod rest can fit in the case with the rod inc reel, now that's what I call compact !!

Pete.
