Mackerel on a Mackerel Boat..

Otherwise, I went for the first proper time yesterday, hence not answering this one before

First fish yesterday was a Garfish!

Think mine was a flounder - of edible size - of the old Weevil Lane bridge in gosport....about 17 years ago!!

Took my 9 year old son about 2 weeks ago of the 'pier' by Gosport ferry and he caught a schooly about 1lb - that was his first ever time fishing.
All I caught was an eel

a 2lb plaice of the beach at morecambe when i was 13
