hi kirkhamlfc, yes wrasse are edible if you dont mind eating millions of very small bones sorry can help you with a recipie i dont eat them

i think ill give em a miss they give a good scrap i only ever had three and that in the last 2 days

wrasse work well in things like fish pie.

Anyone that thinks they are full of bones hasn't eaten one. Just fillet them put them in a tray and cover with hot milk leave in the oven for 10 mins then peel off skin and scales in one go. Much easier than trying to descale/skin them.

There are a line of bones through them but as long as the wrasse is a decent size they are really easy to pick out as they are very big.
