Was told by a old fella the oyher day he used to eat pouting when he was a sea-angler.
Anyone know some sort of recipe for these non-appetising looking critters

get decent sized one fillet flour and shallow fry in butter,or save em up in the freezer and add to fish pie,its quite strong so dont use to much,or even add to a kedgeree.Andy1i
