Sea Fishing Angling

Yeah, count me in (unless I get called into work).

Had a quick fish on Lowestoft's North Beach this morning, about 1/2hr after low tide (about 6:15 am) managed to get a nice little Codling of just under 2lb which was safely returned. :D Met up with Andy1_I and Rock Hopper later in the day (some people are so lazy !) and the whiting were biting well ...

I normally use raw tiger prawn from tescos, they usually fit nicely onto a size 2/0 and don't tie them onto the hook (even when fishing at range).

I've had cod, whiting, pouting, dab, doggies and bass on them

Wouldn't it be better to try to scrape another tenner together and get a Ron Thompson shelter ?.
At least then you've got something that will stand up against the bad weather and will last you a few season's.
