I agree that we all need to make an effort to clean up after ourselves, but there's also a case that dog owners should have some control over their dogs. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had somebodies dog run into my shelter and try to nick bait, not to good if it's already on a hook onl...

Hi Paul, welcome to the board. I normally use pulley rigs (1/0 or 2/0), as for bait, I've taken a few codling on the north beach using raw tiger prawn in the last week or so. I'll be on the north beach friday (to the left of links hill) as I've just booked my bait. Should be on the beach from around...

lol yeah the golf buggy was a nightmare !. It needs a few tweaks and maybe a trial in winds less than 30 mph !.

Just a quick update on this. I've just put some new guides on the broken section and am waiting for the epoxy to set. It's now a 15ft long beam (previously 16ft) and on a plus side it will be a slightly stiffer rod so may see some winter action !. Going to take it out in the next few days to see wha...
