I havent left the forum ive just been really busy trawling, and when we arnt trawling were doing maintenance, very busy time of year for us.

digging was brilliant there autumn into winter but since about february its died a death,

if its only 40-50 u looking for then try thorpe bay and westclifff,
if u want more then go chalkwell or two tree island but the ground is very soft

im looking at tide time for the end of april but they seem a bit unsociable,

how about sunday 25th 1044am hw,

how about a flattie bash down chalkwell or maybe east beach,

meet say 7am fish from 8am till 1pm

a friend of mine goes eel fishing in the freshwater side of the thames, they reckon that all the melt water and rain weve had has caused the eels to overflow ditches lakes and things and ultimatly back into the thames, reckons its been great catching them so far with fish to 3lb, wonder if there run...

cant beat the diesel ford vans, ive got an escort van and it gets me out of bother everytime,

i just use the clucth and it drags the van wherever i point it lol
