Sea Fishing Angling

HI GUYS.me and a mate fished hamble point today and had 5 flattys all of a pound and half an two of over 2lb so they are about in southampton water but for some reason from pompey to bognor there very scarce.does anyone now why this might b.cheers all stew

hi phil. east is always better in winter although its very qiet this time of year should be a few yting about ive found fishing low tide up has always been better .hope this helps stew

afto agree with you boris i was luky enough to catch a 6.5lb cod at pagham earlyer this year and i was fishing whole squid about 25yds out for bass i only cast btween 20 and 40 yards now and seem to get moor bites . stew

welcome hurstyboy. if we get the weather sataday that theyv forcast id stay in there giving 40mph sse wind id giv it ago sunday morn should b plenty of limmpit on the beach so should b a bass or two about .hope this helps stew

yes mate to the right of langsone bridge park in pub car park cross the road go down the little footparth over the bank theres a large area of sand smotherd in lug casts u need to double dig for them now as its cold theyve gone deep its not big stuff but i can normally get a pound in around an hour ...

hi all fished from 15.30 till 22.30 and btween 3 of us we must of ad over 80 yting all of a preety good size also saw a couple of nice dab of around 2.5lb and talking to some local blokes theres been a few cod around the 10lb mark bin caught in the last few days so will b going back b4 xmas its a ni...
