i'm thinking about taking my little girl (4yrs) fishing .... probably blyth docks so she can sit in the car if she gets bored. but as he cant cast yet (i dont think) do you think i'll have any luck dropping daylights down the jetty or float fishing ( or combining the owo even!! has anyone got any ex...

winders all the way for me.. i agree that they are good vfm. the colour coding is handy and the boxes are a great fit in the box. i f i'm not taking a full box if winders, i find that compartment is great for 'odds and sodds'. very handy for a 'lighter' day out

when it warms up i just put on a couple of layers (how many dependent o the temp) and take a pair of waterproof overpant and a waterproof jaket. both fold/roll up into handy little bags, they are handy to stop the wind and i can even duct tape them to my wellies as makeshift waders

mainly undersize codling and coley from the tyne, with a few plaice reported of south shields pier... very very quiet....
