you should try from where i was fishing from it seems to be a sweet spot ;) but any where down from me towards the blue gates is well worth a shot ive had most of my catches from along there , and lets hope for decent warm spell to bring the maccy in

prolly see you down there bud ive got a school assembly to attended at ten so hopefully ill be down around 11 ish for a few hours while my missus does some shopping , still seems fairly bright today so we might have some luck , hehe try and leave some for me though ;)

been out this morning , thought id go while it was still sunny and calm and very pleased i did , got to my fav spot around ten ish set up big rod with maccy and put it out to soak , got my spinning rod out and set up with daylites (multicolored) and then it started it was a fish a cast some times 2 ...

you could be right about the crabs didnt even think of them hehe , they have been quiet for a while , time to get the drop net out and fill it with the maccy heads , it helps keep them off ya bait if i remember rightly my records over 20 of the little buggers , and for the local lads adsa does maccy...

absolutely nowt wrong with with fladen gear ive got loads of in from rod n reels to my rod rest :D even my fillet knife and priest is fladen for the money you cant go wrong , might have a run up there next week and stock up on my rig making gear .
