fished saturday morning 5 till 10 high was 9:20 strong off shore westerly making casting difficult strong run of tide making it hard to hold bottom . bait frozen blacks and dirty squid rigs 2 hook 2/0 flapper and 3/0 pennel . anyway not a thing caught there was another guy fishing he had 2 flatties ...

Hi all Haven't been out this year hence the lack of posts. I'm off to the caravan this Thursday for 10 days the fishing tackle is all clean and already there lol :D. Thanks Roy much appreciated the drawbacks of living in land struggle to get bait and knowing what conditions are like on the coast until you get there, have fished in some rough conditions because of this lol.

Cheers for that mate still not sure where we are heading yet how is the river fishing? What is the access like to fish. Roy mentioned turmarr bottoms and lagoons but not sure where they are so any directions please, also shops to get some bait.

Spurn next saturday

Hi all
Planning on fishing spurn point next Saturday afternoon with fish for Tom and the son in law, only fished there a couple of times so really looking forward to it high tide is round about 8 pm any advice welcome if anyone wants to meet great more the merrier. :D :D
