i need somewhere to keep my boat pontoon can sit on mud at low water or a yard with a slip need something very quickly the boat is a 18' cabin dory

i personally would go boat fishing with someone that had a good bit of knowledge of tides and safety then i would think of buying my own boat. i went out with others for quite a bit to get used to different things happening on the water before i bought one.
