hi dave a little more info for you,the boat is a 22ft hardshine hull(plaining) 9ft wide its engine is 1.8 turbo diesel ford escort (endura de ) about 85hp don't no revs as the counter isn't working,i've got the original prop wich is 15 x 10 pitch with a bore of 1 1/4" taper to 1" and its 74mm or 3"i...

make sure you've got a good few turns of shock leader on your reel before casting,do not do what tropical bri does 15lb line 8oz wieght and no shock leader then wonders why he gets so many crack offs.

turns over ok ,sounds like its going to go but just doesn't,did start for a few seconds but that was it

hi all just brought a boat with a ford 1800 turbo diesel engine,started first time,then went out on the water for an hour and a hose came off of the heat exchanger,so had to come in very slowly while a friend held the hose on when we got back to the mooring the boats engine stooled and has not start...
