i just use whatever shockleader i have, usually greased weasel in 50lb but lately ultima powerflex 60lb as i got a big spool and no complaints with either

With respect to the Elite, can you advise what you didn't like about it ? suffix changed the way they rate line a while back, some of their lines will be .35 and 15lb and the exact same line could be .35 and 18lb. the only difference is the sticker on the spool. its something to do with the difference in european/us line strenght testing. when im getting line i always buy...

the tritanium is 10times better than the F1 for abrasion, and comes in with 4lbs stronger than it on a 15lb rated line.

ive not used the okuma so cant comment on that but the tritanium is by far better quality than anything i have used. it also works out very cheap if you buy the bigger, 4000m spools.
