Too many unnecessary forums?

Is it just me or what? I think its about time this site slimmed down a little bit and got rid of some of the forums. For instance, sea fishing rods sea fishing reels sea fishing lines and the terminal tackle forums could all be merged into one forum with a heading something like Tackle and Equipment...

there is a couple on ebay and spottydog tackle have them as well. Just remember that the MTI is quite heavy compared to the Ian Golds ones. Pricewise i have searched around the net and including postage they are all around 50-55 quid. The Ian Golds ones are on ebay as well and for a telescopic one (...

The howling winds blowing you of the mark, the freezing temperatures busting your nuts, the expectations of catching a lunker and the massive swells in an onshore blow and massive baits more suited to a dinner plate being flung out ...

HEAVY.....I have one and I reckon its about 5 kilos.
quite heavy but will not blow over.
I only take mine if its a short hike to the mark and a lighter one for any bigger hikes.

Daiwa Emcast all the way......I got a Daiwa BF5500 on Eccles advice a while back and it was only about 20 quid and an awesome reel but cant seem to find them now but for a budget of the size you have i would go for the emcast.
There are a few emcast models to choose from as well.

I try to use baits which I think the fish may be looking out for but as long as I have a baited hook of some sort in the water I am happy as you just never know what may swim past..I know for a fact that out there somewhere is a lunker with my name on it.
