I have used them and I found they worked well.
If you load the tube up with too much bait it does sometimes get stuck in the tube.
I have only used the longer ones, but I will give the shorter ones a try

I think that the magazine sea angler still do free casting lessons.
I did it about 15 years ago in Ipswich, the fella spent about two hours teaching me.
It is not actually the magazine people but they tell you who in your area does it

Frozen bait

I have decided to go for a few hours fishing tonight.
I cannot afford to buy any bait as I am skint, but I do have frozen stuff.
squid,blueys,mackeral and sandeels.
Is it worth going out with just frozen stuff and which combinations would be the better choice?
I will be fishing at Southwold

I have used the Delta Original tip light for a while now.

You can get it from here http://www.monsterfishing.co.uk/acatalo ... shing.html

The link should be allowed as it is advertised under the fishing tackle links

It is about halfway up Woodbridge road.

There is a map on their site

I always use Markhams on Woodbridge road.
The odd occasion the bait has been late, but then that has been to do with the bait diggers not being able to dig because of the weather.

Lucas books tide table

Has anyone ever used the Suffolk tide table published by Lucas books?

I bought one and the time differs from the bbc tide table, and is it not a straight hour it can be 52 mins or 67 mins.

Can I trust this publication?
