Hi, can anyone tell me, if you dig Lug Worms up on the beach, how long will they keep for?

I heard that S.Parade pier is shut due to storm damage so check before you go. Hayling is just starting to come alive but you will need to do evening/night fishing as the bream/mackerel have not arrived yet.
