Hello Mate

Im no expert on the Essex area but I do often hear about 2 places, these are Walton Pier and further north up to the Orford Ness area. Perhaps there is someone on the site who could tell you more.

Best of luck

More adventures of Don and Luggy

The games are good So it began with 4Cods Sake and Dazzaman organising a meet at Chapel last weekend. Idea was for me to finish nights in Yarmouth and head home to pick up Don, dig bait and go fishing that evening. I thought it strange when Don mentioned he would get some boilies as he states "there...

Mate

The North Denes area near to the Iron Duke Pub is as good as anywhere.
Some fish have been caught, this area is good for being fairly clean with no snags.

From what I have heard there are some fish including Whiting and Cod showing along the Holdernes coat and within the river at the usual haunts.
These reports are from reliable sources, enjoy!

Lincs meet last weekend

Guys

Great to get to meet you all at last. It was a shame the weather at Chapel was so bad and I had to leave just as the fish started to bite.
Perhaps on the next meet we could all grap a pie and a pint before hitting the beach. (Don will probably have 6 pies)

All the best
